Designed to replace the stock manual brakes on 1972-1973 Jeep Commando to power brakes.. Kit will not work for 72/73 Commandos with straight 6 motor. Engine vacuum needs to be a minimum of 18 inches of vacuum at idle when engine is warm for this power brake set to function properly. Please confirm prior to purchasing.

Kit converts your manual drum brakes to power brakes. Stock power brake kit for 1972-1973 Jeep Commando with drum brakes. No drilling or modifications required to install this kit.

This kit includes the following parts: 8" dual diaphragm booster with check valve (948321), OEM style master cylinder with ports on the motor side (8126737), fire wall bracket, adjustable (FT5772BPR) , pedal rod (PDPRE), firewall mounting blocks and mounting hardware (943341), firewall boot (948323) ,two 1/2" X 3/16" brake tube nuts (bq9184). Also comes with step by step instructions for mounting. Kit comes fully assembled ready to install

Kit does not come with extended brake lines or vacuum hose.
